As a Senior Capacity Partner, you will be responsible for driving key processes and strategic discussions related to our global manufacturing network capacities that deliver our life-saving medicine to patients worldwide. Key responsibilities include:
• Driving and supporting mid- and long-term capacity planning processes
• Collecting data, creating insights and proposing recommendations related to our global production capacities
• Analysing and preparing production related business cases for management, and facilitating required discussions
• Creating management decision making material and communication packages for our global stakeholders Moreover, you will become a part of a global Capacity Partner network where we unite to continuously improve our capacity planning practices and to further develop competencies. You will be working in Bagsværd, Denmark, however occasional travel to global Novo Nordisk sites will be required. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with strong project management skills, who demonstrates the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, and excel at building and maintaining positive relationships across various levels. Your experience includes: • MSc in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management in an international organization, preferably from the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry
• Experience with change management, and the ability to effectively introduce new ways of working and continuous improvements
• Knowledge of LEAN and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is considered advantageous
• Professional proficiency in English
On a personal level, you have exceptional communication skills and are capable of working independently with a high degree of autonomy, while also possessing strong collaborative skills to thrive within a team-oriented environment. You can easily adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent support to colleagues across the organisation. About the department
The IFP Capacity Planning & Analysis department is responsible for global manufacturing network mid- and long-term production capacity planning, production forecasting & reporting, and supply risk management. We set IFP capacity planning standards to our global manufacturing network and strive for continuous improvements. We work closely with our colleagues in IFP Business Support, and stakeholders from within Supply Chain organization, Manufacturing Development as well as stakeholders at the global manufacturing facilities. Our team consists of highly skilled and motivated professionals dedicated to contributing to the area and business, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine. Working at Novo Nordisk
