You will drive the democratization of data across teams to support decision making with timely insights.
In Integrated Business Planning you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
We have been on a journey to build a suite of tools that allow different teams to access and interact with data to support decision making and their reporting needs. You will play a role in owning this suite, maturing existing tools, and generating new ones. You will have freedom to explore how to further automize and add functionalities to these tools. In a VUCA world, we need to be able to tailor tools to dynamically adapt to business needs.
- Own the global supply chain suite.
- Build tools to support key cross functional process such as Sales & Operations Execution (SnOE) and SnOP/IBP process
- Based on KPI definitions, identify data sources, design standard reports and dashboards to communicate performance to key stakeholders
- Train newcomers on how to leverage on existing tools
- Experiment with advance analytics
This position brings a wealth of development opportunities. As you gain broad understanding of our supply chain, you will be a great candidate to take on other roles within the organization.
Your qualifications
- MSc in Supply Chain Management with a flair for data, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematical modelling and Computation.
- 2 years of experience. You could be newly graduated, with some relevant student jobs experience
- Proficiency in, or willingness to learn on data modelling in BI tools (ideally Power Bi & Power Queries)
- It is an advantage to have some hands-on experience with computer languages – Python, SQL, DAX, Power Query M
- Strong communications skills to understand user requirements and work with experts on data sources, and share insights
- Experience with SAP APO or other planning tools is an advantage
You are passionate about working with data, exploring innovative ways to capture insights and getting them close to where the decisions are made. You can translate requirements into structured, logical steps that can be then modelled. You are curious to understand what the key challenges in our supply chain are, and how it connects to the data flows. You thrive learning about new tools, and actively search inspiration from other experts.
Your new team
Integrated business planning consists of 8 experienced team members: technical experts in SAP APO/ SAP IBP, senior data analyst and S&OP/IBP process experts. Our main objective is the governance of the enterprise process Integrated Business Planning, leveraging on technology to drive optimal decision making.
