The position As an Associate Manager for Recycling Warehouse, you will play a key role in the department as a leader of a team of around 13 highly committed and professional Operators and one coordinator. The team's responsibility is to ensure optimal flow, handling, storage and disposal of waste across the MH/WH department and related areas. It is of upmost importance to carry out the tasks in accordance with our waste requirements, while keeping focus on process improvements and quality. We embrace a circular mindset to continuously improve how resources are disposed and kept in loops. Your tasks are very varied and include the following elements: • Drive performance by Warehouse and Recycling optimizations • Develop the team and ensure an engaged and motivated employees • Ensure optimal staffing for 24/7 operations throughout the year. You will be part of the management group, where you can look forward to working with both long-term strategic directions, but also with daily routines, and prioritization of operations and projects. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: • A relevant degree and a solid experience with logistics, engineering , waste handling or facility management. • Managerial experience from similar jobs • Preferable experience with the production and/or development of pharmaceuticals is an advantage, as is a basic understanding of GMP. • Good communication skills in Danish and English This position requires equal parts professional and managerial focus, including the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the job requires a high degree of structure and systematicity to have a continuous overview of the production, the tasks, and the team. Knowledge of cLEAN® will therefore be preferable. You radiate good energy and overview, which means that your many stakeholders perceive you as professional and trustworthy and that the employees want to follow you. The department The Warehouse and Material Handling department in IFP Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area with approx. 110 employees and 5 managers. The site is running is a Lean fashion and with just-in-time deliveries, relying on highly automated material handling equipment and systems. The department is responsible for all materials, entering and exit our FP Production lines.
