As a production planner in Device Manufacturing and Sourcing in Novo Nordisk, you will have fantastic opportunities to put your skills, passion, and curiosity into action on daily basis.
You will be part of a highly engaged team managing the upstream supply chain for one of Novo Nordisk key product. Key Responsibility You will be part of a planning team that is responsible for all planning related to our internal FlexTouch production in Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS), located in Hillerød. Your role will be to plan and execute operational and tactical planning for our sup-assembly production running 24/7 production. You will optimize production output through close collaboration with stakeholders in production, support functions and QA while at the same time prioritizing the right supply to Novo Nordisk production sites to who we are supplying FlexTouch components for Novo Nordisk assembly production. To succeed, you need to keep a good overview, see solutions, take action to solve challenges, set direction and collaborate with many stakeholders. All in all, fantastic supply chain skills. Create and approve production orders in SAP ECC/APO and local MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Responsible for correct transaction and master data in systems Follow-up on production performance and product flow from production to release products ready for supply to next process step Plan production in close collaboration with supply chain colleagues responsible for previous and next process steps and planners responsible for our global network of suppliers Solve supply/demand challengers both on short and longer term in a network with capacity contains to avoid disruptions in supply chain Establish a close collaboration with daily management in production area to ensure close alignment on production, performance, and other activities on production lines Coordinate and plan test production, service- and validation activities Define inventory policy Be the subject matter expert for your process. Seek to simplify and standardize Lead or be part in improvement initiative or projects, initiated proactively by you or by other stakeholders You are whom we are looking for if the following criteria resonates with you: You are an experienced production planner or specialist with an interest in complex production planning You hold as a minimum a bachelor in Supply Chain, Engineering or similar, with more than 3 years of professional experience You have experience in working with systems such as SAP APO/ECC, OMP You show interest in BI tools and solutions, such as Alteryx / Tableau You are someone who takes ownership, is self-driven and will persevere when supply chain challenges happen You are pro-active and a team player. You are comfortable in taking the lead and initiate action when there is a status quo You will use your creative problem-solving skills to find solutions to problems and to take qualified and calculated risks while still working within Quality and compliance You have positive mindset and will see things from end-to-end perspective You will showcase your good communication skills in your collaboration with your many stakeholders You are someone who aspires to continuous learning and who takes challenges as opportunities to grow, professionally and personally You speak and write English. We are responsible for supplier management, planning, purchasing and warehousing of components going into the majority of Novo Nordisk devices.
