Do you see data as an increasingly important asset in the supply chain? Are you passionate about master data maintenance processes? Do you have experience in master data maintenance in SAP? If so, you could be the profile we are looking for as our new Master Data Steward for our production site in Hjørring called Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing. The Position As a Master Data (MD) Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality MD within operational MD tasks and processes. You will work closely together with both MD colleagues across the organisation and stakeholders locally in the department ensuring high quality MD processes and maintenance. Your contribution will be key for securing a strong foundation of MD in an ever-changing supply chain in order to enable future digitalisation. Your primary responsibility will be MD governance and maintenance for the department. You will be: Establishing and maintaining procedures and processes for continuous MD maintenance in the department and ensuring end-user training Frequently communicating with and supporting the supply planners across the department Monitoring the MD quality of the department ensuring continuous improvement Performing ad hoc analysis of MD and development of new standards for MD and SAP use, maintenance, procedures and processes We offer you an exciting job in a positive working environment with a high degree of influence on your tasks throughout the department and Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You have experience within Master Data Management (MDM) in a supply chain function and are very confident in defining and changing processes around MD maintenance in alignment with appropriate stakeholders. Furthermore the below qualifications apply: Solid SAP ECC knowledge is required and experience in process optimisation is an advantage Experience with and knowledge of material master data operational tasks (creation/maintainer tasks) but also on processes and user guides Pharmaceutical production is an advantage but not a requirement Moderate level of knowledge of OMP and Excel is an advantage Strong stakeholder and communication skills Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. As a person, you have high energy and a positive mindset and are open to other people and new ideas. You work independently, and you like a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities while managing deadlines. You thrive in an international environment and with people of diverse backgrounds. You are a high performer with a solid analytical mindset and structured approach to both data and processes. About the department
You will be part of our Sypply Chain department in Hjørring that consists of three teams. You will be part of the Supply Chain Support team with 10 dedicated and skilled colleagues who are responsible for implementing supply chain projects, our ERP systems, long-term network capacity balancing and continues improvements. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in eight departments and with app. 480 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
