As a Master Data Steward, you will focus on the understanding of business problems, supporting business development and projects at IFP Kalundborg (KA). As part of the role you will ensure data flow from PAS-X to warehouse and production is in place and oversee that systems are aligned and functioning optimally. You will be creating and maintaining local formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training materials within PAS-X. Furthermore, focus will be on determining impact of local and/or global changes, while ensuring global data consistence and conformance to SOPs. Key responsibilities include:
Execute key data maintenance and data design for Master Data in PAS-X, SAP EWM and associated systems.
Troubleshoot PAS-X and SAP EWM, execution problems (which may include logging formal IT incidents), identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Ensure alignment between SAP-EWM and PAS-X.
Build governance to ensure fast and efficient problem solving.
Define Business Process and Workflow requirements.
Perform systematic data entry within sharp deadlines.
Work closely with and manage a wide range of stakeholders.
Qualifications Your experiences include: Relevant education in IT, Project Management or related; a bachelor's degree would be preferred.
3+ years of experience within the production or manufacturing industry; experience from pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries is considered advantageous.
Excellent knowledge of SAP EWM and PAS-X.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Production knowledge.
On a personal level, you are highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to focus on specific task at hand. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are highly flexible to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is required; Danish language skills are considered a bonus as SOPs are written in Danish. You will be a part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) with approximately 6.000 employees across 7 production sites in 5 countries. We are the last step in the supply chain before our products are being shipped to patients worldwide. In IFP Kalundborg we are approximately 300 employees, responsible for assembling and packing products on our fully automated production lines, supporting patients with Diabetes and Obesity. The IFP KA, Finance & Operational Strategy department is a cornerstone in IFP KA Business Support team. Our team of currently 13 consists of Local Flow Coordinators, Local Material Coordinator and colleagues from Master Data, Finance and Procurement, who are highly experienced, motivated professionals dedicated to contributing to the area and business, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine. We work closely with other departments and stakeholders from within the Supply Chain organization, production, and stakeholders at the global manufacturing facilities.
