The position
As an Intra Logistics Specialist, you will be the anchor person with subject matter expertise within Warehouse Automation and Material handling. You will be the driver behind conceptual supply chain designs as well as execution. Your responsibilities will include: Driving the development of the Warehouse Road Map as well as being the lead figure in deploying the Warehouse Strategy
Conducting multiple LEAN assessments such as Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement Events
Furthermore, you will be the driver behind creating and building future Warehouse Projects being closely linked to Project Managers and local Steering Groups. Hence, the right candidate for this position will have to work very independently and have great capabilities within stakeholder management.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: MSc Degree in business administration, Engineer, or similar with in depth knowledge to Supply Chain Management
Several years of experience within Supply Chain Operations e.g. production planning, consultancy, or other relevant fields combined with knowledge of LEAN and Continuous Improvement
Strong project management skills and ability to drive impactful changes as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and coordinate multiple initiatives
Experience with automated warehouse flows and end-to-end value stream mapping is an advantage
Professional proficiency in English

You enjoy tackling tasks autonomously, but equally value the possibility to work alongside diverse teams. Your strength lies in maintaining a comprehensive overview of projects, coupled with the ability to translate complex information and systems into easily understandable formats. Injectable Finished Production Kalundborg (IFP KA), is a multi-product modern production facility, producing medicinal products covering the entire product portfolio of .
As an Intra Logistics Specialist you will be part of the Warehouse & Materials Management team referring to the department manager. The department currently consist of roughly 100 employees in various roles and physically located in two locations, all with the same purpose to secure stable flow of goods to and from production lines, in accordance with GMP regulations.
Recently, the department has taken a major step towards achieving the principles behind Intralogistics 4.0, by automating multiple processes in the Warehouse. Adding this to the extensive needs of products, there is a need to strengthen the Warehouse Road Map for IFP KA, to accommodate future growth.
