has announced plans to invest more than DKK42 billion to expand existing manufacturing facilities in Kalundborg, to support the current and future company portfolio within serious chronic diseases. We are hiring experienced colleagues within Clean Utility Support to join the investment project. Are you interested in the opportunity to establish new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing facilities that bridges new and automated technologies with strong know-how and expertise in biotech manufacturing? We are looking for a Responsible for Purified Water systems Waste systems in a manufacturing facility construction project. The main design principle will be to implement the best design standards from other existing facilities. The position
You can look forward to participating in the establishment of a competent user organization, integration with engineering partners and cooperation with existing production areas. You will choose suppliers and perform ongoing follow-up with these from start to finish, perform structural checks of the constructions ad well as follow up and keep track of changes. Your responsibilities will include: Write/review specifications Review of designs Installation of equipment Commissioning and qualification Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Maintenance training
You will also need to assess any project risks and develop standards to ensure structure and transparency. You should expect travelling to visit suppliers abroad, and therefore you will need to have permit to travel within EU. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have: You have a degree in Chemical Engineering - Biotech or similar. Newly graduated candidates are also welcomed Interest in and experience with clean water systems such as Potable, Purified and Process Water systems Understanding of technical documents such as URS, SAT, FAT, and validation protocols, as well as complicated product documentation preferred Fluency in English (both oral and written) On a personal level, you thrive in this job if you are detail-oriented and like close teamwork, and if you are motivated by others. M3 Utility is a team of Engineers and Project Managers with responsibility for Clean and Black Utility in a manufacturing facility construction project. The team currently consists of 13 engineers and 6 Project Managers and 1 assistant who are working closely with other disciplines in the construction project. About Kalundborg
