The Position As our new Warehouse Specialist, you will contribute significantly to the optimization of warehouse processes by ensuring compliance with GMP regulations. You will actively participate in initiatives related to safety, compliance, continuous improvement and be a point of contact for SAP. Additionally, you will contribute towards the effective management of warehouse capacity and play a key role in project implementation. You will have the opportunity to: Contribute to operational optimization by actively engaging in workshops, tests, and addressing process enhancements. Ensure the currency of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and act as a crucial liaison between the supply chain and warehouse operations. Play a key role in capacity management and strategy by monitoring and analyzing capacity utilization. Focus on quality assurance and compliance by guiding the warehouse in adherence to quality and GMP requirements. You will manage change requests and deviations, actively participating in qualification and validation activities. Contribute to SAP and Lean implementation by assisting in SAP operations and applying LEAN methodologies to optimize work processes. You can also look forward to participating in projects across the organization, collaborating with diverse teams, as well as sharing your insights and expertise. Finally, you will have a chance to engage in various projects related to the warehouse, which may involve presenting cases during audits, providing training for operators, and ensuring the success of cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you probably have the following qualifications: An academic degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field Hands-on approach to executing processes and tackling challenges Professional proficiency in English and Danish Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving ability Ability to analyze data and provide valuable insights for capacity management and strategy Previous support experience, as well as experience within Warehouse, Production, and Supply chain are advantageous but not a prerequisite. About the Department You will be joining the Warehouse team at NNPR, situated in the Supply Chain department, you will play a key role in the department's core functions. The Warehouse is responsible for overseeing inbound processes, managing deliveries for production, and ensuring the preparation for shipment. In this collaborative environment, you will closely work with two other support professionals to streamline and optimize workflows. Your role is instrumental in facilitating the efficiency of six operators, collectively ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the overall productivity of the warehouse.
