Are you looking for a position in which you will lead a highly engaged team in a complex stakeholder landscape across the Novo Nordisk current and future oral product portfolio? Do you want to bring your leadership and supply chain experience into play and help us drive and expand our business area? We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our department leading the Supply Chain & Logistics team in Emerging Technologies (ET). The position As Manager for ET Logistics, you will head up a team of 8 dedicated and skilled Supply Chain Planners and developers working with Supply Chain, Logistics, and capacity planning. The team is a part of the ET Business Development & Support area. Your main responsibilities include: • Supplying our oral products timely to our network and patients in the right quality and at the right time, ensuring we are ahead of the curve with the capacity to meet future patients' demand • Setting the direction and driving strong performance by creating followship and empowerment to ensure high performance and engaged employees • Facilitate supply chain analysis to understand and mitigate potential supply challenges • Development of our supply chain, striving for robust systems and scalable solutions to meet future products and standards • Engaging with a broad variety of stakeholders to gain business insights, build relations, and execute according to agreements and expectations • Being a role model on our behavioural goals and driving continuous improvement projects Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: - Hold a degree at the university level in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering. - Possess a substantial supply chain or logistic background/insight - Have leadership experience with proven results - Be fluent in English, both written and spoken As a person, you possess strong communication skills. You thrive in working in an environment with many changing priorities and are motivated by optimizing and defining best practices. As a people manager you are empathetic, take a genuine interest in people, and in making the team perform optimally. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your learning. About the DepartmentET is organisationally placed in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally addresses 26,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees. In ET we have more than 1600 dedicated employees in Måløv and Durham and the area is still growing.
