The position As Production Planner, you will support with planning the production on our site in Kirke Værløse based on the global demand and contribute to the optimisation of the production planning and supply chain. Through close collaboration with production management and stakeholders, you will drive plans related to capacity and forecasting and oversee and manage complex procedures and processes. Your primary tasks include: Daily planning of the production: keep an eye on the necessary components and other resources being available and adjust the schedule accordingly. Follow up on logistics demand for our products. Coordination of production planning meetings with team leaders in departments. Identify and coordinate optimisation projects. Support the team during the budget process. In this role you’ll build a strong network of stakeholders across our organization and have great opportunities to develop your skills within production planning and stakeholder management. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: Experience from an administrative role with a strong element of coordination, logistics and stakeholder management Experience within production planning, pharma or GxP is an advantage. Flair for IT systems and knowledge of SAP, Excel and/or PASX. Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience. Full proficiency in Danish and English. You take pride in your strong collaboration skills and manage to communicate effortlessly and efficiently with all stakeholders from many different backgrounds. You take responsibility for your tasks with a structured, solution-oriented and proactive approach. About the department You will be a part of our Business Support department in Kirke Værløse (KV). You will report to your manager. Business Support KV is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). As Business Support we support our manufacturing and production areas in KV. The teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Project Portfolio Management, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalisation, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence and Training, Capacity and Planning and a lot more. As Business Support there is a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues relying on our performance and deliverables.
