We are looking for an experienced Equipment Responsible to join our Future QC Project, with anchor in our QC Processes department. The department has the responsibility to secure that our new facility will live up to all requirements and to accommodate the future automation within QC testing. We are looking for a new member to our QC laboratories and Modern Tech area. As an experienced Equipment Responsible with flair within automation you will play a key role with putting your experience into use and help us build new critical processes across all future QC departments etc. all flows of samples and material. You will be part of designing the layout of the future laboratory together with end-users and specialists. Your daily tasks will involve: • Participating in a highly important project of introducing new automated process and equipment where needed.
• Supervising facility design around climate facilities.
• Collecting, structuring, and visualising the required data to support selection of designs and equipment solutions.
• Developing and optimizing the processes in Future QC, and planning/facilitating workshops.
• Qualification of equipment and writing qualification documentation. Moreover, you will be expected to identify automation possibilities and secure the necessary agreements/clarifications with stakeholders such as consulting engineers, end users, QA, regulatory and IT. This also entails being curious about how other teams and departments work, both within and outside [xxxxx]. Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• A MSc in Natural Sciences, Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years of experience from a QC function in the pharmaceutical industry, hereof minimum 2 years of equipment responsible.
• Experience with qualifying laboratory equipment and/or facility areas/processes (FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ).
• A strong Lean-methodology toolbox, combined with a natural passion for doing things smarter.
• A project management toolbox to enable a structured approach.
• Experience with automatic storage units (ASU) is a great advantage. We are looking for a person with strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, with a natural ability to establish new relationships across teams and departments. On a personal level you possess strong collaboration skills, and the ability to set direction and motivate less experienced colleagues. You have the right quality mindset, dare to challenge our way of working and are known for your ability to identify improvements, as well as taking the lead for driving the implementation of these improvements. About the Department You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 of [xxxxx]’s 64,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
Our Future QC Project will build multi-functional QC laboratory at [xxxxx] located on Zealand and be the future workplace for many QC colleagues. Both shared facilities, chemistry and microbial QC-laboratories will be established, as well as development laboratories within these areas. When functional the laboratory will deliver analytical support to production units across [xxxxx] covering products for treatment of diabetes, obesity, rare blood and endocrine disorders.
