Your Profile
We are looking for highly skilled and well educated waiters who are serviceminded and always working to the highest standards, complementing the ambitions of the talented young Head Chef Nicky Arentsen in the Michelin Star aspiring Essence Restaurant, as well as our Brasserie Alba, just as we service private parties and smaller conferences from time to time.
You love your work and you enjoy working with high focus and accuracy and with varying tasks throughout the shift. You know your trade and know that only by working as a team will you experience success. You have a high degree of professional pride and you will never compromise on service, courtesy nor precision or knowledge of wine and drinks. You thrive in a busy environment with many guests, where you work independently but as part of a team.

- You have served as an apprentice or have significant relevant experience from quality restaurants
- You can work independently and without constant supervision and keep control and good mood even when busy

- You are conversant in English
