The position As the Project Manager for our key business solution connecting our service owners with Novo Nordisk employees, you will drive effective operations and support the development and implementation of new solutions in coordination with internal and external specialists. Additionally, ensure simple customer journey, standardisation, scalability, and internal efficiency to further digitalise processes across Corporate Facilities. Your responsibilities:
  • Solution and process owner for our internal customer service portal solution and the internal handling and dispatching of service requests for facility support – based on IT system Plan
  • Solution owner on our internal map system used for navigation and information sharing across Novo Nordisk
  • Operational management of our IT systems Planon and WebGIS (KortInfo) which includes ensuring effective solutions, efficient operations, and stable system. Furthermore, maintaining overview, simple governance and control of data
  • Drive analysis, case building and support successful execution of digitalisation projects across Corporate Facilities
  • Identify new initiatives, ensure alignment with business processes, update management on progress, and deliver high quality projects with documented business impact
  • You will take full ownership of your areas and independently drive coordination and development to ensure strong collaboration and business impact, and conceptualise ideas and set direction for future developments. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels in our organisation, and get a deep understanding and insights into the priorities and business processes in Corporate Facilities. Qualifications You are expected to become the expert on how to best use your IT system, but as you will be supported by IT system management, you do not need to be an IT specialist. To thrive and succeed, you have:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field with good results
  • Experience with driving projects with a complex stakeholder landscape, preferably related to the digitalisation of processes focusing on business opportunities and realisation of results, from a large company or consultancy firm
  • Background in facility management and customer solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills and show a strong sense of responsibility in fully owning your work tasks while driving continuous improvement
  • Fluent written and spoken Danish & English skills with excellent writing and presentation skills
  • As a person, you can build trustful and respectful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in a natural way, have a can-do attitude with ability to respond to changes. You are pro-active and ensure timely delivery and high quality. Furthermore, you can handle complexity and know how to make things simple and understandable to people at all levels in the organisation. About the department In Corporate Facilities we are 250 employees, and we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. We are highly dedicated and strive for operational excellence and set ambitious targets. You will work closely with both technicians, specialists, managers etc. and draw on resources from all over our organisation and will therefore get familiar with different teams and departments. In the Business Digitalisation team we are 10 colleagues responsible for ensuring effective IT solutions within alarm response, access control and customer solutions, ensuring sound management of IT solutions across Corporate Facilities, and driving business digitalisation.
