We are looking for a Programme Coordinator that can support us in shaping and driving the project management office of our next generation ERP platform with SAP S/4HANA.
The role entails a broad range of both operational and administrative tasks where you will work with the global line of business across the value chain and functional expert across areas. You are expected to support the senior management of the programme with planning of deliverables, events, meetings, and support other project members.
You can communicate and engage with stakeholders across all levels and you are structured and take pride in being ahead of your plans. About the department
As a Programme coordinator, you will be anchored in the project management office (PMO) of the SAP S/4 HANA programme working up against the Director of the PMO of the SAP S/4HANA Programme. The PMO is a cross organisational unit with members across the value chain primarily within IT, Finance and Production.
You will report to the head of the Digital Finance and Architecture department, that is part of Novo Nordisk Finance and Compliance and is responsible for the financial reporting and compliance and driving digital transformation. Digital Finance and Architecture is a young and ambitious team located in our offices in Copenhagen area, Denmark

As the Programme coordinator, we expect you to meet the following:
  • Academic background: Preferably a Master’s level degree in business, communications, political science or a related field of study from a leading university
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Outstanding networking skills
  • Proven track record in planning, coordination, and project management
  • International experience and global thinking, obtained through previous positions, ideally in a large multinational company
  • Structured approach to tasks, with a passion for planning and problem-solving
  • Mindset to thrive in a complex, high-paced and changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills as you will be working across organizational and geographical borders
  • As a person, you can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, follow up in a proactive and timely manner acting with strong strategic and analytical skills.
    You have a high degree of independence, high-quality mind set, and can maintain an overview also under time pressure.
