About the Manufacturing Technology Graduate Programme
Manufacturing Technology is all about optimizing and improving the production through development and implementation of the newest technology. For this we need the brightest and most innovative minds!
The Manufacturing Technology Graduate Programme offers rotational opportunities with 3 challenging and exciting 8-month rotations, where you get to work in various technology development departments across our sites both in Denmark and internationally. You will be working closely with the newest technology and explore ways to utilise their capabilities. This includes advanced automation principles, robotics, and machine learning. While the focus may be on development and utilisation, you will also be seeing the projects through and facilitating the implementation. With this programme you will see the greatest ideas come to life.
The Position
You will start by joining one of our production sites in Denmark and during the 2-year programme you will work alongside specialists and leaders from various fields within technology and manufacturing innovation. You will be a fully-fledged member of the team from day one, and we count on you to present your ideas. In return, we promise that you will get to play an instrumental role in the development and scaling of technology across the production at our manufacturing sites.
You will gain extensive knowledge in all aspects of technology and solution development, and work with stakeholders from all over the world. Qualifications
To apply to the Manufacturing Technology Graduate Programme, you must have:
- Recent Master’s degree (from 2022 or 2023) or specialisation in: Manufacturing Technology, Automation, Autonomous Systems, Digitalisation, Production Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Machine Technology, Computer Vision and AI, or similar – and above average academic achievements
- International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering. I f Covid-19 restrictions have prevented you from obtaining (additional) international experience, e.g. studying or completing an internship abroad, feel free to still apply and explain what your plans were, how they changed and what relevant experience you have gained instead.
- No more than 1 year of full-time working experience after completing your Master’s degree.
- You are a mobile with a global outlook.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
