As our new Associate Manager, you will join our growing Operation and Maintenance department in Bagsværd, and you will, along with your team, be responsible for our portfolio of black utilities, such as production of steam, proceswater, emergency power Etc. with the focus of ensuring high operational stability in the daily operational activities. In this role, you will manage a team of 7 employees (Marine Engineers and technicians), and also as a team player, take part in the daily operation and execution, and report directly to the Manager of Service Centre Bagsværd. Your main responsibilities include: Drive stable utility operations, based on solid technical understanding and previous experience within pharmaceutical production or other critical production. Drive engagement, motivation and team development within department and among relevant stakeholders. Optimize and expand maintenance concepts across line of business areas through high degree of stakeholder integration and professional capabilities. Participate in authority inspections and audits from (e.g. FDA, EMA, etc.). Promote an agenda focusing on technological innovations and continuous improvements. Commit to and engage in our green improvements like “Circular of Zero”. You will thrive in a complex stakeholder environment and drive communication and interaction on various organisational levels, including presenting investment plans and business cases to higher management levels. Qualifications
To be successful in this role you hold a Mechanical Engineering degree, Bachelor of Technology, Marine Engineering or equivalent. You will also have: Minimum 5 years of operational experience within utilities to a pharmaceutical production or other critical production. Previous experience working as an Operational Manager or similar (with the ultimate operational responsibility for utilities for production areas). Management experience or proven experience in informal leadership (e.g. project management, outsourcing teams etc.). Hands-on experience and interest with utilities and IT systems (SAP, SCADA, BMS etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish. On a personal level, we expect you to be a calm, communicative and considerate person with an dynamic and analytical mindset to thrive in an ambitious working environment. You will have a strong conceptual thinking and interest in continuous improvements, and will understand the bigger picture while focuses on the important details. About the team/department
You will be a part of the organisation Corporate Facilities (CFa) and on a daily basis you will join the department ServiceCentre Bagsværd. In ServiceCentre Bagsværd, we are expanding our department. We are currently 15 people in the department and our new Associate Manager will play a key role in ensuring stability and preparing for future utility demands in close collaboration with key stakeholders and other line of business areas.
