The position
As a Transformation & Communications Intern, you will be working closely with the team at the Novo Nordisk Digital Innovation Hub at the IT University of Copenhagen to arrange events for students, Novo Nordisk colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities are included but are not limited to: Ensuring strong communication, alignment, and promotion of various ongoing initiatives Assisting the team in creating content, as well as promoting it through the available communication channels Maintaining the organisation has access to the most up-to-date views and perspectives on digital innovation and trends You should expect a big responsibility in this role with an opportunity to act as the main coordinator for events.
Practicalities: Internship period: 6 months Working hours: expected 37 hours per week (with flexibility during exam periods) Location: Bagsværd, Denmark Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows Full-time Danish work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams.
Qualifications
You are a Student who is currently enrolled in the relevant field of Communications with a focus on emerging technologies and/or innovation. We are looking for a person with experience and passion for communicating and staying at the forefront of the digital innovation agenda.
To succeed in this role, you have: A passionate interest in digital transformation and communication and knowledge for digital trends A track record of taking ownership, being proactive, and driving results with the ability to perform in high-paced environments An eagerness to be a part of building something new and challenge traditional methodologies with vividity & curiosity Proficiency in oral and written English skills Preference (nice to have): Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator You should be able to tailor messages to relevant stakeholders, navigate the landscape of technologies, and translate uncertainties into tangible opportunities for Novo Nordisk. You should also be well-articulated and have a keen eye for design, with familiarity in creating communication materials.

Digital Transformation and Moonshots is part of the Business Innovation Garage at our headquarters in Denmark, a high-growth unit in Novo Nordisk, and part of Digital Incubator and Innovation. The Digital Transformation team drives the digital strategy development and various digital transformation initiatives with our innovation consulting and open innovation colleagues.
The core focus is to remain forward-looking and showcase strong adaptability. Furthermore, the team is and must be working in a highly agile manner and be able to shift its focus based on rapidly changing opportunities and threats within emerging technologies.
