Are you a Training professional who possess strong stakeholder and project management skills? Do you want to play a central role in how Novo Nordisk manages its growing network of external manufacturing sites by securing the most effective and efficient training-setup? Join our newly established Quality Management System (QMS) and Training team in Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) and be part of Novo Nordisk training network! The position As Training Developer, you will play a key role in defining how we work with training to continually develop our business in GCM and ensure compliance. You will proactively plan and drive the projects, make recommendations as well as facilitating meetings with project members and stakeholders. You will work closely with line of business, management, and your team members to support optimal training and increasing performance. In practice, you will:
  • Identify and implement optimization and standardization opportunities in our training processes, tools and programmes
  • Be in charge of planning, coordinating, and executing training projects
  • Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, gather feedback, and use data to improve future training projects and programs
  • Help your stakeholders with choosing the right training methods and activities, and develop effective and efficient training
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance learning performance by supporting effective training content development as well as application of relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids.
  • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold a master’s degree within learning science, psychology or any other relevant field
  • Have a previous experience within training development and implementation in a large organization
  • Possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships, ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • As a person, you have an investigative approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution. You are able to think outside the box, identify improvement opportunities and have the ability to execute projects independently and proactively. You thrive in establishing new relations and driving projects structured from scratch. Finally, you get your motivation from being creative and searching for the best learning and training solutions. About the department Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) is responsible for outsourced production from project to operations stage and manages a global network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to deliver across a huge and growing range of portfolio of Novo Nordisk products. QMS and Training is a newly established team in the GCM Strategy and Business Development (S&BD) department - a diverse department of 25 people. In S&BD we are responsible for driving cross functional strategic priorities and support across GCM within Strategy deployment, finance, LEAN, Analytics and Digitalisation, Training and Quality and Portfolio Management. You will join a team of fun and dedicated colleagues who come together to set direction and support GCM through its rapid journey of growth. We are office based with shopfloors at CMOs on global scale. Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally is crucial in order for us to succeed. We want to unleash the full potential of sustainable external manufacturing to reach more patients faster through flexible production and strong relations.
