The Position As a Strategy Partner you will work closely with the Strategy Director on driving Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control (CMC) Development’s strategic agenda including strategy projects and processes. This includes project management, analytical and operational strategic tasks related to bridging CMC Development strategies with local business plans and execution. The main tasks will be: Project management
Anchor for strategy processes and reporting
Management and collegial sparring and support.
You will be a central anchor for strategic support, be involved in a variety of strategic projects, and drive strategic processes, e.g. the business plan (Strategy2Action) process. This includes identifying, developing and implementing business initiatives to support the overall strategic goals, follow-up on actions and create presentation material. You will be a proactive member of CMC Development Executive Office and the wider group, including Business Partners and HR Partners, where cross-organisational collegial sparring and cooperation is a natural part of the daily work. The position offers frequent senior management interaction and the opportunity to impact how well the organisation is prepared for the many future opportunities and challenges. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A master’s degree within strategy, management, economics, engineering or natural sciences
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a general business support role or as a management consultant
A proven track record of taking lead on complex tasks and projects
Ability to transform analysis into clear and impactful communication
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing environments
Project and change management experience
Fluency in English.

About the Department As part of Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, CMC Development makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mind-set. As Strategy Partner, you will be part of CMC Development Executive Office which cover SVP-level support across strategy, communication, finance and health & safety. Our mission is to deliver strategic management support and to drive cross-functional projects and tasks across CMC Development.
