Can you ensure quality assurance of all drawings and models? Would you like to be a part of creating our architectural drawings and Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems? The position As a Data Owner, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating AutoCAD drawings and BIM models, as well as ensuring quality assurance of all drawings and models. In addition to that, your main tasks will include:
  • Supporting the implementation and use of standards and DaluxFM
  • Maintaining and updating standards for all architectural and facilities drawings and models
  • Facilitating the handover process of drawings from project teams to operations
  • Receiving and performing quality assurance on as-built drawings and models
  • Collaborating closely with other data owners and across various sites to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Working with IT to manage user access in Dalux FM and perform administrative tasks in it to ensure data integrity and system functionality

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you have a technical background, with a solid foundation in technical or engineering principles. In addition to that, you have:
  • Proven experience in managing large sets of drawings and models, preferably within a facilities management context
  • Technical proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and facility management systems like Dalux FM
  • Relevant educational background in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Fluent in Danish communication skills with proficiency in professional presentations in English
  • On a personal level, you are self-motivated and collaborative, with an analytical and global mind set, and can act as a role model demonstrating high level of integrity, dependability and business ethic orientation. You are a team player, who has a strong capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and you have the initiative to work independently and proactively in a dynamic setting. You are known from your strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information effectively. About the department In Corporate Facilities we are 300 employees, and we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio.
