Start your application for a life-changing career! The Position We look to fill two different roles, which you can find below. Please note that the specific place (e.g., if you are a Project Associate or a Senior Project Associate) will be determined together with the candidate during the interview process (see below) considering experience and interview performance. As a Project Associate / Senior Project Associate, you will work as an integrated part of project teams of 2-4 consultants that work directly on-site with colleagues to solve some of their most difficult problems. Your experienced colleagues will help you learn the consultant’s toolbox and ensure your continuous development, by rapid feedback cycles and interactive trainings similar to working in an external consultancy. On projects, you will be responsible for a specific project component from formulating and testing hypotheses to developing and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders. As Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will be co-responsible for driving projects, including the daily management of the project team typically consisting of 1-4 members. As a Senior Project Manager, you will also act as sparring partner on other projects, drive department activities, such as recruiting, and help shape department strategy. Qualifications As we are looking to fill several positions, we are open to considering candidates with different levels of seniority, from graduates to experienced professionals with more than 4 years of experience in strategy consulting and project management from a well-reputed management consultancy or strategy department and strong leadership skills. Nevertheless, to thrive and succeed we expect you to have:
  • Master’s Degree or PhD in economics, business administration, engineering, science, medical, or the like with excellent results
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience (part/full time) from a management consultancy or a pharmaceutical company is highly regarded but not a prerequisite for this position. On a personal level, you are ambitious, challenge-seeking, and result-oriented. About the department Novo Nordisk Consulting is Novo Nordisk’s in-house management consultancy. We work on high-impact projects across the value chain, from R&D to the commercial organisation. Projects can be strategic or operational in nature, but are always important to Novo Nordisk, as every project is approved by a member of Executive Management.
