Are you driven by creating structure and interested in project management? Then come join a newly established and growing project management support office as a Logistics project coordinator. The position Once you step into your new role as a Project Coordinator in Logistics, you will be part of the PMO support team with Project Coordinator and Project Manager colleagues. Your main focus will be being part of a cross-organisational project anchored in the PMO team. The project team will be responsible for implementation of highly innovative packaging lines. As you can expect, the role comes with a wide array of tasks, but we have put together a list of your main responsibilities: • In charge of all shipments to, from and between vendors.
• Booking transport and making agreements with shipping companies
• Follow-up on arrival of shipments
• Expert on customs related issues
• Supporting our Sites in correct use of transportation Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: • Logistic or Supply Chain background experience e.g. logistics economist and a genuine interest in the field
• At least 1-year previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Project Coordinator or within a similar function
• Interest and willingness to learn about the technical aspects of the project and courage and drive to engage with many stakeholders
• Natural preference to be supportive to a project manager and project team
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken It would be considered an advantage if you also have: • Experience working within a regulated/pharmaceutical environment
• Experience with creation and working with templates and standard work
• Experience within process development and implementation of production equipment
• Experience working with ERP systems As a person, you are supportive, and service minded. You work systematically and are well organized. You are pro-active, curious, and eager to learn - and can navigate also when the path is not yet well described.
You have strong execution, communication and collaboration skills and a proven ability to collaborate within a complex organisation. You easily build trust in your relationships and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders. About the department Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is responsible for the industrialisation of all medical devices at Novo Nordisk. We are an end-to-end corporate organisation developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the product, developing, and implementing the production equipment at the production site all over the world, and developing innovative and digital solutions to our processes. You will be joining the fast-growing DMD Packaging PMO department which will consist of 60 dedicated employees where you will be part of 1 of the 4 specific and complementary teams.
