As Administrative Assistant, you will be providing essential and all-round administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the various departments and managers across our site. Hence, you should expect to connect with a broad range of people and handle many activities at the same time.
The job entails that you support the managers with:
  • Off-site meetings planning including booking external venues and handle related invoices.
  • Calendar bookings of meetings and meeting rooms.
  • Planning of social events.
  • Travel arrangements and related settlements.
  • Ad hoc tasks and be the go-to person for administrative queries across our site.
  • Furthermore, you will be a pivotal part of the planning and execution of local site events as well as the monthly onboarding of our new colleagues. Qualifications
    To succeed in this position, we imagine that:
  • You have a few years of experience from a similar position, preferably from a large and fast-paced organisation.
  • You are IT-savvy, have solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have appetite for learning new programs and platforms.
  • You have experience with the procurement platform Coupa and invoice handling.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • You thrive in driving administrative processes, calendar and meeting coordination.
  • Additionally, you have strong coordination skills and the ability to prioritise and handle changing deadlines. As a person, you are proactive and possess a sleeves-up attitude, ready to take on challenges with a can-do mindset. You are a positive relation builder who enjoy working to help and support your colleagues in an international and fast-paced environment and bring a healthy sense of humour to your work. The tasks will be ever changing, and therefore the ability to prioritise and have a clear structure to tasks is vital.     You will work across our site in Hjørring and support managers across the site. Organisationally, you will be part of our Business Support department and have 10 close colleagues. The department is responsible for the site strategy, finance, product portfolio governance, LEAN and the quality management system processes.
    The department is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance and manufacturing development. We are organised in eight departments and with app. 480 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
