The position As an important part of the management team in the department, your objective will be to support the management team with a wide range of administrative tasks. Your main tasks will be:
  • Coordinate, plan and participate in management meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action points
  • Contribute to department strategy and leadership, as well as coordinate and plan department or management events and activities
  • Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees and leaders in the area
  • Help develop the communication platforms in the department, including a variety of physical & digital platforms
  • Support the department's employees in relation to IT systems, administrative issues and be the employees' go-to person
  • As our new department assistant, you will furthermore be a key player within optimisation and standardisation of administrative processes in the department, including planning on an annual wheel. In addition to this, you will be part of the production site’s administrative network, where you will get professional sparring and help with cross-cutting tasks such as planning World Diabetes Day, Christmas lunch and other major joint events. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • At least 2 years' experience from a similar position within administration
  • You have great written and verbal communication skills in both English and Danish. Experience designing a communication strategy is an advantage, as is a desire to reach people where they are in engaging ways
  • You have good skills within MS office and learn new IT systems easily. Experience with Teams or SharePoint is an advantage, especially if you have e.g., developed your own pages or set up access controls in a team
  • As a person you are organized and have a structured approach when handling your tasks, which helps you excel in optimising the systems and processes around you. You pride yourself in taking responsibility and initiative when needed, and help leaders anticipate and execute on recurring tasks such as strategy meetings or annual budgeting. With a thoughtful approach you are skilled at building strong relationships across the organisation and actively contribute to a positive work environment. About the department IFP Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area in Injectable Finished Products with approx. 1200 employees. You will be supporting the Operational Excellence and Finance & Supply Chain departments within the Business Support area. This part of the business is fast-growing, with close to 150 employees now, and almost 200 by the end of 2024. We give cLEAN® a high priority and work purposefully to optimize our processes.
