Do you want to take part in the massive expansion of a key Novo Nordisk production site? Are you passionate about facility management and are you a dedicated team player? Then you might be our new Facility Manager in PS API Facility, Projects & cLEAN at site Kalundborg.
The position As Facility Manager you will be working with the cohesion between the facility infrastructure and the production facilities at site Kalundborg. Furthermore, you will be responsible for running the daily operations and maintenance of administrative buildings. As we are facing a significant infrastructure upgrade to enable the major production expansions, you will work closely with many different stakeholders and with various tasks as:
  • Operate and maintain administrative buildings incl. service level agreements, contracts, budgets, external craftsmen and vendors
  • Participate in overall coordination of site activities and projects and align activities across the site together with your department colleagues
  • Coordinate ad hoc projects to improve site infrastructure
  • The job requires a high level of stakeholder management at all organisational levels in the company. You will interface with external and internal stakeholders including the public sector. Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
  • Facility management experience and track record of experience with projects and related coordination tasks
  • Relevant educational background within facility management, project coordination, craftsmanship or similar.
  • Experience with managing contracts, budgets and a complex vendor setup would be an advantage.
  • On a personal level, we imagine you have a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You can work independently as well as in a team environment. In addition, you have:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with proactively managing numerous and changing priorities effectively
  • A good understanding of the importance of paying attention to details
  • Great communicator and relationship builder abilities
  • Ability to plan, visualise and prepare tasks within scope, cost, risk and time

    About the department The position is placed in Business Support at our API site in Kalundborg which is part of our global production division; Product Supply – counting close to 30.000 employees worldwide. The API Business Support consists of about 130 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds, all with the common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within API. At site Kalundborg we produce diabetes and obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide.
