The Position We are a strong team looking for new colleagues who can help us to set a professional direction. As our new process supporter, you will become part of our support team of 20 good colleagues who handle the support for one – soon two – recovery lines in Kalundborg. Your primary area of responsibility will be to support the daily operation, and to maintain stable processes. Your tasks will include: Work with challenges in production, deviations and change requests. Validating processes and maintaining this documentation. Implement projects in production. Improving and optimizing our standards we work by. Overview of ways in which we can develop and improve our workflows in production. The work takes place in a dynamic but socially relaxed and informal environment, where we emphasize humor, commitment, and unity in a busy everyday life. The process operators will be your closest stakeholders. Qualifications We imagine that you have: An academic degree Bsc. or Msc. within the field of chemistry, chemical engineering or biotechnology, or similar higher education. Preferably, 2-3 years of relevant work experience from production, where you have worked with processes, deviations, problem solutions, validations / qualifications or similar – but newly educated are also welcome to apply. Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in both Danish and English, just as you master the use of the Microsoft Office suite. A strong quality and compliance mindset and like to lead the way with new improvements. We expect you to be structured, quality conscious and committed to your work while being able to complete tasks before the deadline that meet the requirements for GMP. As a person, you must take a positive view of the challenges that working life can present. You thrive on working independently and in groups across departments and organizations. About the Department We are a diverse department consisting of operators, skilled workers, all focussing on producing products for diabetics around the world. In total we are currently about 110 people working to keep the recovery facility running 24/7. The department is undergoing substantial remodelling and is therefore expanding.
