The position You will be part of our valued Customer Support team, that has a huge impact on our customer satisfaction through a high level of excellent service and quality in our order handling and shipping process. You will be in contact with our customers worldwide and represent Novo Nordisk Pharmatech with excellency and high quality in our services. You will have a close collaboration with our Global Sales Managers, located in Denmark, Singapore, South Korea, France, Germany and the US, as well as with our Product Managers, located in Denmark. In general you will interact with stakeholders across the whole value chain of Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. Occasionally, you will represent Customer Support in projects in collaboration with other teams in the organisation. Your main tasks will be:
  • Order handling: Receiving, proceed and following up on orders from customers as well as invoicing, create shipping, Dangerous Goods and other relevant documents, contact to customs authorities and other relevant authorities depending on country for delivery
  • Booking Freight Forwarders (courier, truck, sea and air shipment) and negotiation with and selection of freight forwarders
  • Dealing directly with customers in a proactive way, to ensure right quality, amount and efficiency of product delivery, in accordance with agreed time as well as maintain any related communication both internal and external
  • Being a back up for colleagues in Customer Support when absence and coordination between Sales, ComEx Teams and Supply Chain
  • Participating in relevant projects, training, and competence development.

    Start date: preferably 1st May 2024. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Experience from International Transport & Logistics.
  • Preferred Dangerous Goods education (ADR/IMO/IATA).
  • Strong communication skills and be f luent in Danish and English – both oral and in writing.
  • Freight forwarding agent, Customer service coordinator, Logistics coordinator or similar.
  • Experience in using ERP-systems (we use SAP) and working in an GMP/GXP environment is also considered as a plus.
  • Furthermore, you are organised, dedicated, and have a strong focus on customers, quality, and enjoy working with administrative processes where you need to be both thorough and patient, and proactively share your suggestions for improvement. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and good teamwork skills as well as positive mindset. You are also independent and with strong commercial interest. In Sales & Marketing we are 30+ dedicated people including Customer Support, Sales Managers, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Marketing (Product Management and Business Development) and Marketing Communication.
