About the department With this role, we welcome you to Emerging Technologies Expansion Project, Site Måløv, anchored in a new SVP area ‘Fill & Finish Expansions’ who will be responsible for all major expansion activities within aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished production, fill & finish warehousing, and QC across all production areas in Product The position In Emerging Technologies Expansions, Site Måløv, we are looking for Automation Specialist to drive the automation of our intralogistics processes for our new warehouse facilities in Måløv. Within our large expansions program, you will design automated equipment solutions to establish new and improved flows throughout our facilities using both innovative and existing technologies. As part of the program, you will be working closely with the different key stakeholders both in Novo Nordisk and suppliers to evaluate and enable IT, automation and digital solutions and architecture drawing a good balance between speed, simplicity, and scalability. You will collaborate with process, engineering, and production responsible stakeholders to assess requirements and rightly influence the design. You will have an active and strong voice amongst a network of automation specialists and architects. You will gain a broad network across stakeholders from Emerging Technologies, Digital, Data & IT, Product Supply sites, process and engineering responsible in addition to multiple suppliers involved. Qualifications Master, bachelor, or technician degree within automation Strong technical and automation project experience in GMP environment from development, design (DQ) to execution (pre-testing, supplier document review, FAT, SAT, system verifications, etc) Experience with mobile robotics and one or more of the following technologies: MES, SCADA, IOT, Siemens PLC Project management skills is highly preferred You are passionate about working with automation equipment and design processes around it. You understand the integration of equipment design into existing and new systems. You have a solid understanding of automation architecture and IT solutions within intralogistics. As a person you work effectively with a natural respect based on your technical skills. Your structural approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while maintaining an eye for the details. You communicate effectively while also securing adherence to technical quality standards. You work independently, effectively while securing your tasks are completed and must be an excellent teammate and have strong abilities to participate in project teams.
