Ørestad

Are you a university / business school student or are you in your leap year? Do you have experience with supporting a fast-paced international environment? Are you able to effectively plan, prioritise, execute and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner, and are you motivated by ensuring administration excellence? The Position The position will be approximately 8-20 hours per week during normal working hours with the flexibility to fit your studies and exams. As an Office Assistant, you will:
  • Have full responsibility of our Ørestad office’s professional look & feel and support the Assistant and Event Coordinator team in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations (meeting rooms and orderliness, inventory of office supplies, catering order, etc.).
  • Support Assistant & Events team with booking and coordinating department activities, off-sites, travels, and social events when needed.
  • Support onboarding process with administrative tasks.
  • Show full flexibility to take on various ad hoc administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Qualifications To be successful in this position:
  • You are continuing your education or currently in a leap year.
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and you have solid command of Microsoft Office tools.
  • You are highly organised with a structured approach and thorough follow-through.
  • You thrive in an ever-changing environment, with frequently changing priorities, and handle day to day challenges with utmost professionalism.
  • You enjoy and take pride in ensuring administration excellence and you are fully committed to providing outstanding customer service.
