About the Position As Department Assistant, your main task will be to assist the Director and the management team of five managers with a wide range of administrative tasks such as:
  • Coordinate & schedule meetings
  • Support managers and employees in the two departments
  • General staff administration and onboarding of new employees
  • Internal and external communication
  • Budget and accounts: support with financial controlling and purchasing at a department level
  • You will work closely together with our current department assistant and you will get many opportunities for personal and professional development. Qualifications The right candidate for this position ideally has at least a few years relevant work experience with administrative tasks. Moreover you have:
  • A structured mindset and the ability to plan and coordinate
  • Great IT skills and the ability to easily adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Package and preferably strong with Share Point
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbally, in English and Danish.
  • Experience or flair for converting ideas and notes to posters or presentations will be considered an advantage.
  • As a person have a good sense of humour are structured and service minded. You have a "can-do" attitude, enjoy working in a fast pasted environment and being part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and are used to thinking two steps ahead while being a strong coordinator. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. About the Department BRD API DK FVII also more informal called ED2 consists of two departments (Production and Support), but we consider us as one unit, one house. Our main task is to produce Factor VII API to serve patients with Haemophilia and post-surgical bleedings.
