Our Group Customer Service team is a tight-knit, well-established group of professionals, operating collaboratively in both Denmark and the UK. Together, we deliver first-class service to customers across the board. Your role will play a crucial part in supporting Vikan's sales teams, ensuring our position as the preferred supplier and partner in the market.
We're actively seeking customer service consultants with the primary responsibility of aiding customers through phone and email, delivering exceptional service across diverse markets. All roles can be filled from either of our three locations respectively in Skive and Copenhagen in Denmark or from our UK location in Swindon.
We are looking to fill the following three roles for which specific language skills are required to serve local customers:

We are looking to fill the following three roles for which specific language skills are required to serve local customers:
- Full English proficiencies verbally and in writing to serve customers in the UK and Ireland
- Full French proficiencies verbally and in writing to serve French speaking customers combined with mastering English at a very high level in order to serve English speaking export customers worldwide
- Full Spanish proficiencies verbally and in writing to serve Spanish speaking customers combined with mastering English at a very high level in order to serve English speaking export customers worldwide

Your responsibilities encompass order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and guiding B2B customers via phone, email, and live chat. Key tasks include:
- Order Processing
- Customer contact
- Participate in proactive market and customer related activities
- Claims handling including enhancements to Q&A set-up
- Master data maintenance and contract updates
- CRM and leads management – supporting sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaboration with distributors and Area Sales Managers
- Planning and booking deliveries in collaboration with shipping partners for export and overseas markets
We seek pragmatic and solution-oriented Customer Service Consultants who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
With a commercial mindset, strong organisational skills, and action-oriented approach, you excel in communication and thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment, where two days are never the same.
Your professional background includes:
- Experience from a similar position in an international environment
- Knowledge of CRM-systems
- Ideally, a user of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX 2012)
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
- Experience in sales or sales support is advantageous
