The position
The Team Leader – Site Søborg Support will report to the Director of Site Management and will join the management team together with the Team leader of the Søborg TV studio. The management on site has developed and introduced a New Ways of Working design during the past 2 years with the aim of the site to a very attractive place to work. This work continues, and the Team Leader will play an active role in continuing to develop the design and driving the implementation.
Your overall goal and responsibility will be to ensure the employees find it attractive to come to work and can focus on their job. The Team Leader and support team have a wide range of tasks, like events, vendor communication, and interactions.
The position is closer to that of site manager than facility manager, as facility services like canteen, cleaning, and maintenance are managed by Novo Nordisk Facilities, and this position will be collaborating around optimizing those services on behalf of Site Søborg. The right person sees opportunities for optimising and improvements while prioritising impact on team, employees, and costs.
You are involved in planning events and support of those during the month and responsible for facility related communication with the team across different channels like Yammer, SharePoint, and mail.
Finally, you are responsible for budgeting and have experience with facility costs. Thus, knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

The Site Søborg Support department consists of 3 service and 2 technical support assistants who support 3000 employees. The daily work in the team ranges from planned activities to urgent technical challenges. The team is very service minded and highly appreciated for their dedication to helping colleagues when possible.
The Site Søborg has grown significantly over the past years and will continue to do so while at the same time making the site an attractive workplace and worth the commute from their home office.
The organisation has a specific focus on learning how to improve mental well-being and changing habits. The Team leader will help promote this effort together with the management team.

- Management and development of employees.
- Knowledge of and experience with facility management.
- Creative and new ideas for large office development.
- Experience from the service industry or a strong service mindset.
- Project management experience.
- Budget responsibility experience.
- Experience with vendor handling and how to promote a long-term working relationship.
- Prior stakeholder management experience with primarily internal vendors and key stakeholders will be beneficial.
- Interest and knowledge about IT/AV and how the best online meetings are conducted is a plus.
- Open minded personality
