What’s in it for you? The position as IT Business Analyst is anchored in our Digital, Data & IT Development area, and you will join a team of 25+ skilled colleagues supporting the digital journey. You will enter an agile, inspiring, and ambitious work environment with focus on digital, data, and advanced use of IT in an area where teamwork is key.
We are looking for a skilled colleague with experience within Veeva system configuration and testing to join a dedicated and engaged agile team in our Agile Release Train within Client Site and Patient facing systems. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Veeva system configuration and optimisation
  • Verification of Veeva releases
  • Participating in and facilitation of process optimisations and process changes for clinical.
  • Test automation with focus on re-usability enabling frequent releases
  • Participation in an Agile Team
  • Competencies on our radar
    As our IT Business Analyst we expect you have:
  • 3+ years of experience within support of IT systems
  • In-depth knowledge within computer systems/applications e.g., Veeva CTMS, SSU or eTMF
  • Experience as Veeva System and/or Veeva Business Administrator
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, or other related fields
  • Good business and process understanding within drug development and trial conduct
  • As a person you are proactive, dedicated and have strong communication skills.. You are structured and detail-oriented without losing the big picture. You are a team player, and you thrive working across departments in an international organisation. It is an advantage if you have experience with working in an agile setup based on SAFe. Department overview Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Development is a part of DD & IT in Novo Nordisk. We employ more than 100 highly skilled IT professionals located in Søborg, Måløv and Bangalore, India. We are responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of all major IT systems and digitalisation projects in Development. Digitalisation is high on the Novo Nordisk agenda driving a dynamic working environment with high levels of activity and multiple experiments with new ways of working.

    You will be part of one of the teams around our Clinical Operations Study Management & Oversight System (COSMOS) built on the Veeva core platform. You will join our department of Business Analysts and Supporters.
