For our Finance team, we a looking for a Finance Coordinator. You will have the opportunity to become part of an internationally oriented and dedicated team aiming at providing exceptional nano- and microsatellite solutions to customers on the global market.

With reference to the CFO, you will take part in our internal projects and assist with impeccable delivery of support for all our stakeholders.
As a Finance Coordinator, your primary tasks are focused on:
- Assistance to the CFO and Finance department; administrative support and coordination, as well as assist with reserach and analysis to support management reporting
- Coordination between Finance functions and departments; cross-team coordination and ensure timely completion and reporting and activities and focus on improving processes and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and anlysis
- Assist on financial forecast and planning; coordinate, collect and report on information
- Coordination of internal projects; manage timelines and deliverables
- Coordination of meetings; Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, prepare meeting material and action follow-up
- Collecting and verifying data from internal systems (IFS); collect data to support financial reporting and analysis, verify and maintain data integrity
- Support ad hoc financial approvals, time schedules and practicalities
We expect our future Finance Coordinator to have the following qualifications:
- At least Bachelor level, being analytical and critical thinking at a university level with technical, IT flair, business systems, project coordination focus
- Possibly with background as Project Assistant, Accountant, Administrative employee or alike with a financial focus
- Excellent time management, good communication skills, team player, structured, prioritization and planning skills, flexible, proactive, detail-oriented
- Strong IT-skills and preferably experience with IFS
- Strong english skills - both written and spoken
