The job
As the Head of substations, you will be a key player in our organization, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of substation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Expected travel days are 30 to 40 per year.

The job
As the Head of substations, you will be a key player in our organization, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of substation projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a technical team of engineers and project managers.
- Overall responsibility for the entire project portfolio, ensuring structure and oversight.
- Engaging in sales activities in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, both customer representatives and the executive management within ProCon.
This is a newly created position, and you will refer to the COO.
Expectations to your qualifications
To succeed in the position, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies and experience:
- Electrical or mechanical engineer with a substantial background in substations.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably as the head of a technical team. Individuals without leadership experience should demonstrate a strong aspiration and a natural talent in taking on a leadership role.
- Personal and professional impact. You are capable of leading and inspiring a technical team of engineers and project managers.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Willingness to actively participate in sales activities alongside the commercial team.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the international culture of our company.
