Sales SBU NCE Construction Purchasing
The Purchasing department is taking care of all purchases (Direct and Indirect) for the Offshore Projects including Pre-assembly Purchasing. You will be a team lead for the purchasing team who are in charge of purchase orders from external suppliers towards construction projects/sites and follow up on deliverances. You will be responsible for providing leadership to the department, motivate the team, as well as supervise and promote results through department and employees.

Sales SBU NCE Construction Purchasing

You will be responsible for providing leadership to the department, motivate the team, as well as supervise and promote results through department and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct reoccurring one to one meetings with employees, conducting annual and half yearly motivation & Performance Dialogue meetings and Performance with employees
- Conduct reoccurring department meetings
- Continuously develop the Operational Purchasing Coordination scope to fit the need in Pre-Assembly, Construction, Service and Special Projects. - Alignment with internal stakeholders and customers in the Purchasing and Invoicing process in Operations, aligning scope of department with key stakeholders
- Allocate tasks among Purchasers
- Develop employees to ensure a fit between job and competences
- Drive improvement initiatives for the Operational Purchasing
Competencies:
- Experience with supervising people/leadership position
- Good understanding of business processes related to procurement/sourcing
- Highly qualified within the ERP system regarding procurement/sourcing activities
- User of Microsoft Dynamics AX or experience with another major ERP system
- MS-office skills
- Good verbal and written skills in English
