The role as Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager offers a great opportunity to lead a winning team and be a strong enabler in shaping the success of our increased focus on Project Logistics within the Renewable industry. You will be part of a newly established Global team whose goal is to deliver best in class service, effective communication, cost awareness and continuous performance to support our growth aspirations and the success of our customers within Project Logistics.
The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark
Key responsibilities
As an CoE Manager of Renewables, you will be part of a team of 180 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Project Logistics product in Europe, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers. The position is newly established and requires an entrepreneurial mindset to further build the executional team in Europe. Together with the Renewables team you will play a key role in designing tailor-made logistics solutions and coordination of various projects for our customers as well as being part of our accelerated growth within our segment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Manage an existing team with a European footprint initial 6-8 employees
• Expanding the team throughout Europe with our growth & expansion within the Renewable Project vertical
• Coordination and planning of solutions for our global customer via your team in close cooperation with our customers
• Project coordination and execution, including on ground supervision via your team
• Leading the Continuous improvement towards our customers

Required experience & skills:
- Proven Leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial knowledge of building teams cross countries
- Experience from Project execution within Renewable industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written fluency in English
- A collaborative mindset with a “can do” attitude
- Eagerness to be best in class and part of a winning team
- Flexible when needed as our job is not always 8-16
- Please note that the position requires you to travel approx. 10-15 days a year
