In the pivotal role of the Regional Head of Growth Enablement for Project Logistics (MPL) in Europe, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our MPL growth strategy, fostering collaboration, and driving success across the region.
Lead and Inspire a Team of Experts
As the Regional Head of Growth Enablement, you'll assume leadership of our dedicated team of +25 project professionals. You'll be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive work environment where individuals thrive and contribute to our growth objectives.
Engage with Customers and Drive Results
Work closely with our Sales department to engage with clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Utilize data analytics to identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities, enabling you to tailor your approach and drive results. Your expertise and enthusiasm will be instrumental in converting opportunities into successful business wins.
Navigate Complex Logistics Challenges with Agility
Apply your deep understanding of project logistics to navigate complex transport scenarios. Ensure that our solutions are designed to meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and compliance, while delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Drive Growth and Innovation Guided by Data-Driven Insights
Establish and execute the regional MPL growth strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and maximizing our potential in Europe. Leverage data analysis to identify and implement innovative growth initiatives that address market needs and drive business growth. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and implement innovative growth initiatives.
Build Strong Partnerships
Foster strong working relationships with Operations, Procurement, and HSEQ teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment to deliver on our commitments to our customers.
Demonstrate Exceptional Leadership Qualities
Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you motivate, empower, and guide your team towards achieving ambitious growth targets. Your ability to build consensus, facilitate cross-functional decision-making, and make data-driven choices will be essential in driving success.
