Then we have an interesting opportunity for you to join our team in Fujitsu Denmark as Head of ERP Business Unit. The ERP business Unit is delivering an innovative and market leading ERP solution to Danish Municipalities. Your role will be the head the business unit and develop us further into a marked leading SaaS solution integrated in the eco system and with high focus on customer satisfaction

In Denmark we are a team of 240 people situated across 3 locations in Ballerup, Aarhus and Nuuk delivering a suite of ICT services to public and private companies.
Fujitsu Denmark is also developing and delivering a market leading standard ERP-solution - called Prisme - to municipalities and regions in Denmark. The latest version called Prisme365 is an end-end business solution based on Microsoft Dynamics365. We are serving + 20 municipalities and regions in Denmark and Greenland and have a unique opportunity to grow our customer base significantly over the coming period.
The ERP-team consist of 80+ very skilled and competent employees with a high degree of domain knowledge on how to run the financial operations of a municipality with ERP. There is a unique team spirit and collaboration. Our operation model is based on agile/SAFE model which we constantly develop.

Through trusted partnerships, we help the public sector in Denmark and Greenland to provide real welfare to their citizens, through optimal financial management and use/allocate budget/resources most optimal.

In close collaboration with customers and partners, we deliver:
- A modern, innovative, and secure solution/platform (Prisme 365) that is continuously developed to support public management
- Optimal adoption of solution at customer through best practice transition & transformation
- Continuous development of new functionality to meet the needs of the future (new services & operational support)
Key accountabilities for the role as Head of ERP:
- Translates strategic business goals for our ERP Business unit into specific objectives for the organization and drives execution through personal ownership and clearly defined accountabilities.
- The end-to-end business management accountability, from setting the Go to Market plan, through business development, sales, implementation, and ongoing product management.
- Together with the ERP Product Management team and ERP Leadership team define the product strategy and take strategic decisions addressing market trends and customer needs to choose the best technologies and practices.
- Ensure an attractive value proposition through high Innovation that can create customer value and differentiate Prisme365 towards competitors value proposition and leverage MS Dyn365 roadmap to avoid building unnecessary complexity into Prisme365
- Ensure we leverage Prisme365 as a standard solution in our service delivery, so we maximize the benefit of delivering a standard solution based on best practice
- Ability to drive quality and automation to reduce cost to serve and increase opportunity for consultancy and enhancement revenues
- Be a key member of Fujitsu Denmark Country Leadership team and Delivery Leadership Team responsible for strategic decision making across all Fujitsu Denmark Business lines
- Inspires the team to strive for continuous performance improvement by constantly challenging the status quo and by fostering an environment of risk taking and innovation aligned with our values
- Lead a customer centric organization in terms of structures, processes and mindset that delivers best-in-class customer experience and innovation, building on our agile SAFE foundation resulting in high employee satisfaction
In the role as Head of ERP the following skills and experience are required
- Min. 5 years’ experience in a similar position as Business Unit director for a Product/solution & Delivery capability, working with developing and delivering own IP solutions
- Experience within Danish Public sector – preferable Municipalities and Regions
- Experience in developing and maturing Agile/SAFE operating models
- Experience in developing and driving a SaaS business unit
- University Degree (Bachelor/MSc.) in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in written and oral Danish and English
