As our new Head of Procurement & Contracts – Energy Transition, you will assist clients worldwide in executing significant capital programs and projects focused on green technologies, aimed at delivering more sustainable energy solutions to customers and communities.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Increasing maturity in the tender process while spearheading the development of Procurement and Contract strategies to surpass client targets</li><li>Using your leadership qualities to nurture and advance the Procurement and Contracts team within Ramboll Energy</li><li>Crafting innovative Procurement strategies while overseeing subcontractor prequalification</li><li>Offering invaluable expertise in procurement and contract management, playing a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives</li><li>Guaranteeing meticulous attention to contract obligations, risk assessments, dispute resolution, and continuous process enhancement.</li></ul><p><strong>Your New Team</strong><br>
You will join our Procurement & Contacts team responsible for projects within the Energy market and work alongside a friendly, diverse team of 10 experts covering a range of geographies. The nature of this position means that you will have regular contact with project leaders, department managers and clients. Based in our global HQ in Copenhagen (or our Esbjerg office, based on your location preference), reporting to our EPCM Director and working closely with our Global Head of Procurement, you will grow this multi-national team, improving processes and professionalism within procurement and contracts in line with our Energy business – Ramboll’s fastest growing market.</p><p><strong>About You </strong><br>
