6. **Cost Management:** Keep a keen eye on budgetary concerns, managing resources efficiently to optimize profitability.
7. **Training and Development:** Invest in the growth of your team through effective training programs, elevating their skills and performance.
8. **Health and Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and secure environment for both staff and patrons.
9. **Vendor Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure quality ingredients while negotiating favorable terms.
