Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Next-Gen Oral to join our Growth Incubator department. The Growth Incubator represents the intersection of innovation, marketing and business development and will focus on new, innovative business areas to ensure long-term sustainable performance – one of them is the next-generation oral category. You will be based in our Copenhagen office and report directly to the Head of Growth Incubator. As our Head of Next-Gen Oral, you will be travelling around 25% of the time.

It is crucial that you have managed complex projects with multiple cross-functional touchpoints and have successfully managed senior stakeholders. Most importantly, you have experience with the category of nicotine pouches and a solid understanding of its consumers and competitive landscape.

Also, as our Head of Next-Gen Oral, you will:
- Shape the portfolio strategy in the next-gen oral category
- Drive the product innovation pipeline and continuous product development of a current portfolio
- Develop the global brand positioning and global toolkits that can be executed across key markets
- Ensure proactive and constructive alignment with central group functions
- Support markets with their commercial plans and brand strategy plans
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience within the category of nicotine pouches (this is crucial)
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role, globally or in a large market, ideally both
- Solid knowledge of markets where the nicotine pouch category is available, especially in Europe
- Strong brand- and marketing skills, including strategy creation, new product launches and brand expansion
- Ability to drive and analyse category- and consumer insights
- Knowledge and experience in product development and R&D
- Experience in innovation and product pipeline creation
- Deep understanding of brand activation
- An International, commercial, and data-driven mindset
- Fluent in written and spoken English
