About the position
Ever since the reestablishment of Beritech in 2020, the organization has experienced massive growth, and in 2023, Beritech expanded to Kalundborg due to rising demands from the pharmaceutical industry. As of 2024, plans for further expansion in this region are on the horizon, and as part of this growth strategy, Beritech Group is now looking for a dedicated Site Director to lead and develop their activities in and around Kalundborg.
In the role of Site Director, your responsibilities will encompass effective operations, project management, and quality assurance in both current and future projects. Additionally, you will play a central role in promoting team development and well-being while collaborating with various departments across the entire Beritech Group.
Your ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment and your dedication to achieving common goals will be crucial to your success in this role.
Primary responsibilities
As Site Director, your responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Building, leading, and developing the Zealand department, which currently includes a project department, QA, and production in Kalundborg and Hillerød, as well as 140+ active on-site installers.
- Ensuring high quality and efficiency in project deliveries and client service.
- Enhancing relationships with clients and fostering collaborative efforts and thereby contributing to growth and development of Beritech Group’s business.
- Monitoring and optimizing operational processes.
About you
As Site Director, you are deeply committed to ensuring that Beritech Group’s installation activities and project deliveries are conducted in accordance with applicable guidelines. You have solid experience with project management as well as operations management and optimization of processes. Preferably, you have gained this experience within the pharmaceutical industry, a large-scale production company, or as a supplier to the pharmaceutical industry, thus having thorough understanding of pharma customer requirements and quality standards. Furthermore, you understand the importance of well-coordinated and efficient project management.
In addition to your technical insight, you are known for your ability to motivate and lead teams, while also being a skilled communicator and problem solver. Your strategic thinking and decision-making abilities are strengths that enable you to optimize your department and achieve success for Beritech Group on Zealand.
