We offer
The Contract Product Team is responsible for all long-haul contracted ocean business for Maersk Line and Hamburg Sud and organized in vertical teams. The teams have two key purposes:
1. Deliver the commercial strategy of respective verticals, including tender target setting and pricing.
2. Drive standardization, automation and ocean contract product development.
The Lead Contract Product Manager is responsible for the vertical direction setting and team workload distribution to ensure optimal execution of an ocean tender strategy that delivers required return on sales and supports the acceleration of our Landside & Logistics Services.
More specifically:
• You will be part of the Contract Product community, looking to DARE to Re-Invent Ocean Transportation
• We are a diverse team with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures

Key responsibilities
• Accountable for the Pharma and Aid & Relief verticals Profit & Loss Statements, including LT forecasting
• Tender planning on customer level incl. cross region optimization based on the Pharma/A&R vertical strategy
• Defining go to market & pricing strategy
• Performance Management & Vertical P&L Optimisation for A&R (Ocean and L&S)
• Support the design and delivery of integrated solutions in cooperation with account owners and global vertical heads
• Drive standardization of processes and products
• Drive automation and data driven pricing solutions
• Drive resilience in the ocean portfolio including multi-year contracts, new mechanisms to drive 2-way commitment
• Develop appealing Ocean Contract products following 3PDF methodology
• Act as spokes person and potential escalation point for the vertical
• Provide support to SPC / MLL / Govt Vertical when needed
