We offer
The Project Managers will report into the PMO Lead, along with other Project Managers, and a Business Case Specialist. The project manager roles will be responsible for facing off to respective process areas/workstreams of the programme supporting them to deliver successfully – across the project lifecycle from initial scoping and planning to solution design to implementation. The role will require experienced individuals who are used to working with Senior Leadership Teams as well as at operational team levels and proven track record of project management and delivery across multiple and varying complexity of Programmes and Projects. Being able to work with a change mind set and create followership is crucial in order to achieve success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• The role of the PM is to understand E2E transformation landscape for a respective process area (OTC) across multiple FFF workstreams.
• Face off to respective workstreams and support them to deliver their scope of works for their respective process area (OTC)
• Provide support for multiple transformation initiatives at any one time
• Ensure all workstream governance and reporting requirements are completed and fed into the overall FFF Programme governance and reporting – detailed project plans, completed and active management of RAIDD logs, weekly status updates
• Support business workstream leads (OTC) to drive the workstream forward, resolving risks and issues as they arise, facilitating and running workshops
• As Is analysis, To Be best practice process design
• Stakeholder management at all levels
We are looking for
• Proven experience leading, managing and delivering transformation projects across multiple and varying complexity of Programmes and Projects.
• Experience in end to end project lifecycle delivery (e.g Idea generation, scoping and planning, As Is analysis, To Be solution design, build, test, deploy)
• Subject matter expert / Transformation specialist
• Project management qualification desirable (e.g. Lean / six sigma qualified desirable)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels (Written and oral), building constructive and productive relationships at all levels. Being succinct at a senior management level, whilst inspiring confidence and trust. Being collaborative at direct and virtual team level.
• Excellent interpersonal / stakeholder management skills and experience. Build excitement and enthusiasm for the Programme across all stakeholder groups.
• Strong leadership, management and conflict resolution skills. Ability to challenge assumptions / the status quo.
• A methodical and highly organised, hands on approach.
• Ability to analyse multiple sources of data and consolidate, standardise
• Ability to review, quality check, and challenge information that has been provided by other team members, ensuring the information is 'fit for purpose'
• Ability to apply due process and governance to manage scope, cost, programme, quality, and risks to deliver business goals.
• A self starter, an excellent problem solver with an eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team and the wider business. Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
• Strong finance background
• In depth knowledge of sub-workstream area (P2P, O2C, ATR, Reporting & BI, Internal Controls, risk & compliance, Process design, etc.
