Our Program Manager will be responsible for delivering WMS technical solutions. The team is working on WMS implementation and customer feature development.
PM will collaborate with the Business Product Owners, Platform Product Owners, and Dev teams (distributed teams).
What we expect:
- Experience in managing complex IT implementation projects, within a Management Consultancy, System Integrator or Software.
- Experience of delivering business change, managing IT implementations and technology projects in a complex environment
- Ability to communicate with and influence senior staff and stakeholders
- Ability to produce high quality project documentation
- The ability to research and independently identify answers and acquire new technical skills
- Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
- Excellent client facing skill.
What you can expect:
- Lead a project with a delineated scope of work executed within a finite timeframe in a low to medium complexity technical and stakeholder environment.
- Create and deliver project work plans; revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Ensure all projects adhere to the SDLC and appropriate project governance is used and can be evidenced.
- Manage the project activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Assign responsibilities during the project planning phase and hand over to EM and team for execution.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately filed.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
- Work with all project participants either directly or via relevant managers.
- Liaise with the technical teams to ensure that the deliverables are met in accordance with project timescales.
- Coordinate with business analysts and trainers to ensure that the appropriate level of training is offered to Ops team and Super Users when an implementation project is to go live.
