Opportunity
As our new People Solutions / Projects Partner, you will be part of a growing team of currently three Project Partners who drives this transformation journey and change in the People Function. You will play a vital part in implementing Maersk’s standard change execution methodologies and tools, support solution owners to deploy them actively in projects and solutions, and in educating solution owners into Product Management and Agile ways of working.
You will partner with different stakeholders from People Solutions (Executive Solutions, Employee Experience, DEI etc.) and you will have a great opportunity to influence the success of our strategy by shaping how we work and deliver towards our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities
- Support and act as a sparring partner for solution owners through design, development, and deployment of solutions
- Embed the operating model in the daily ways of working inside solution teams, by supporting solution owners to follow the existing framework and processes.
- Provide agile and product management expertise (educate, coach, mentor), and dedicated support when needed, in line with the operating model.
- Facilitate ways of working and the Define, Design, Develop, Deploy and Delivery process in solutions to ensure delivery of milestones and objectives.
- Develop and improve change execution practice guideline, approach, and toolbox.
- Support the teams on further improving the cross-functional operating model and instill modern ways of working!
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration by acting as bridge and bringing together relevant parties to solve problems, raise potential conflicting interests and rally around common goals.
We are looking for
- Experience with project and/or product management (minimum 3 years)
- A proven agile track record
- Relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum, PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
- Superior communication and facilitation skills
- Change Management experience.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Customer focus
- Performance motivation
- Persuasiveness and decisiveness
- Good organizational skills
