The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the Third Party Management (TPM) team by delivering process optimization projects while also supporting the team in implementing and operating an effective Third Party Management programme
Key Responsibilities
- Sparring partner to Head of TPM
- Coordinate overall requirements and functionalities with provider of the TPM portal
- Lead and execute process optimisations projects, including project plan, scope, budget, work schedule, design and build, and contractual deliverables.
- Create and maintain process procedures, guidelines and templates to support effective and efficient processes
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, build and maintain long-term working relationships. Daily relationship manager with screening and portal providers.
- Become a trusted partner for the subject matter expert teams in relation to the TPM process
- Use analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop an understanding of software and tools available in the market and pre-select solutions that are best suited for our needs
- Guide and develop colleagues, e.g. through showcasing excellent managerial skills and exemplary work ethics, share best practices and experiences
- Daily project management of student assistant(s)
- Perform virtual instructor-led trainings to stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills
- Managerial experience in the management of international projects
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and influencing skills
- Collaborative work style which fosters cooperation, teamwork, and stakeholder management; will break down silos.
- Exceptional time management to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the effect of decisions overall in the company
- Understanding of and experience interacting with key compliance risk areas (such as anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls, competition law or data privacy), however, in-depth knowledge across all areas is not a requirement
- Good understanding of compliance processes and compliance governance structures
- Strong capacity to coordinate and translate between various stakeholders with the objective of timely and successful project delivery
