Maersk is looking for Senior Program Manager who will work closely with internal business, operations, product, technology, UX teams to identify opportunities for Automation and Connectivity roadmap.
A successful candidate will be highly organised, structured and be able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organisation.

(2) We influence product roadmaps for areas of improvement for Automation & Connectivity of systems for a reliable data flow to eliminate productivity waste.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager of Automation & Connectivity team you will be the voice of our internal users. You will work with product, tech, business and UX in influencing Automation & Connectivity roadmap. You will own the Automation goal and measure progress against it and communicate it to senior stakeholders.
- Set up structure and frameworks to conduct time studies to measure time spent by operators on activities
- Synthesise qualitative data collected from internal users and transform them into key KPIs
- Work with product, UX, tech, business to identify areas of opportunities for Automation and eliminate productivity waste
- Work with tech architects to understand tech landscape and opportunities to integrate systems for a reliable data flow
- Own Automation key goal and measure progress against it
- Communicate to key stakeholders on the Automation & Connectivity roadmap statuses
Who we are looking for
- You have years of program management experience
- You have excellent problem solving ability and an analytical mindset
- You can take an ambiguous task and pull up a clear organised structure to it
- You are able to communicate clearly to various levels of people within organisation
- Ocean logistics industry knowledge is a plus
